M.B. Johnson Food Forest

In May of 2021, The City of Moorhead and the Moorhead Resilience Task Force planted a Food Forest at M.B. Johnson Park. Over 100 fruit trees and bushes were planted with the help of volunteers.

This Food Forest will take several years to start producing, but the community is encouraged to utilize it on a first come, first served basis when it is established.

Check out the City of Moorhead Tree Inventory and see what species were planted! This tool can also be used to check out other public trees around Moorhead. Moorhead, MN (pg-cloud.com).
