Facade Loan Program

Revitalize Commercial Storefronts

Eligible uses include facade renovation, signs, exterior doors, windows, awnings, exterior graphics, exterior lighting, and other façade or landscape improvements. Loans up to $25,000 at 0% interest with loan terms up to 15 years, based on the amount borrowed, payments become very affordable.

Preferred projects will be located within the Urban Progress Zone boundaries and buildings built before 1990. All other projects will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
