Moorhead's 2016 new home construction activity was the second highest seen in the past 10 years; 145 new single family attached and detached homes were built, and 342 new duplex and multifamily residential units were constructed. The multifamily total is an all-time annual record for Moorhead.

As the 2017 building season begins, we are excited that new construction home buyers can take advantage of the Make Moorhead Home Property Tax Rebate program which was renewed through 2018 (still no income limits, no maximum home price).
