This class is approved by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and used to help individuals qualify for low interest mortgage and down-payment assistance programs. Whether you qualify for one of these housing programs or you're getting a traditional mortgage, this is a great way to learn more as you make this significant investment! While it's best to take this class before you start shopping for a home, the information is helpful at any time in the process.
Enroll today! The next class is February 13 & 14 from 4-8 pm at the Family Service Center in Moorhead (715 11 St N, 1st floor meeting room). Classes are offered by Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership and partially funded by the City of Moorhead's Community Development Block Grant funds.
