On Tuesday, July 24, 2018, a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be conducted at the new Law Enforcement Center located at 911 11 Street North in Moorhead. The ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by tours of the Law Enforcement Center and Clay County Correctional Facility. Official Ceremony Flyer.
