Butcher is described as being 5'4', 150 lbs, long dark hair, and has an arrow tattoo on her right forearm.
We have information to believe she is currently in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Anyone who knows her whereabouts, or sees her, is asked to call the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701.451.7660.
