Moorhead Police Department, with the cooperation of the BNSF Railroad, have an ongoing investigation; however, it has been determined all rail safety equipment was working in the area of the 14 St and Main Ave crossing at the time of the incident. Based on the information gathered, this incident does not appear accidental and no foul play is suspected.
