On 06/27/1019, at approximately 1:45am, officers were dispatched to the area of 24 Ave and 8 St S.  A female reported she had been assaulted by a known male and had received non-life threatening injuries.  The woman did not require medical attention. The suspect, 35-year old Blake Fitzgerald was not located.

Fitzgerald has a past history of domestic assault, and is currently out on bail from a barricaded incident that occurred in April. A warrant has been issued for the following: Gross Misdemeanor Stalking, Misdemeanor Violation of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order, Violation of an Order for Protect, and Domestic Assault.
