Construction Progress Report:
- Check out this video footage taken last week of the construction site. Thank you to City of Moorhead Intern Logan Koehn and City Engineer Tom Trowbridge for giving us an inside view of the construction project.
- Work is 58% complete; based on current progress and anticipated weather conditions, the project will open late summer 2020.
- Roads anticipated to reopen this fall:
21st St from 2nd to 4th Ave S
4th Ave S from 21st to 22nd St
Main Ave (1800 block to 19 St and 19 St from Main to 4 Ave S (by the Tastee Freeze).
- Overnight excavation may benefit the project schedule, but not this fall; a second period of night excavation may occur next spring
- Oakway temporary roundabout will be modified to facilitate snow removal by removing the raised bumpers from the perimeter.
