On October 16th, at approximately 11:08 pm, a Moorhead Police Officer observed a stolen vehicle traveling in south Moorhead. As the officer was conducting a traffic stop on the vehicle the passenger exited the vehicle and fled on foot. The Moorhead Police Department, Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota State Patrol set up a perimeter but were unable to locate the passenger. No arrests were made during this incident.
