NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Moorhead, Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 5:45 p.m. on March 23, 2020 to consider Eng. Project. No. 18-A5-1, consisting of a Storm Water Retention Pond in the area of the 12 Ave S Business Park. The estimated cost of the improvements is $323,773.
You are further notified that it is proposed to make these improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 through 429.111, as amended. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvements includes Lots 3 through 7 and 10 through 13, Block 1, 12 Avenue Business Park Addition and Parts of E1/2NE1/4 Beg 392' E of Intersect of 25 St & 16 Ave S; N250'; E181.59' S 250' & W 181.31' to P0B and a tract beg 392' E & 250' N of intersect of 25 St & 16 Ave S; N250', E205', S250' & W205' to POB 16-139-48 Section 16, Township 139 Range 048.
A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral objections will be heard and considered at said hearing.
