Public Hearing Notices

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment & Appeals of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 5 pm to consider the following items:

1. Request of P. & L. Woyen for a Setback Variance for a structure to be built in the Flood Fringe Overlay District at:

812 63rd Ave N – Parcel 58.086.0106 – Lot 6, Block 1, BRENTWOOD ACRES 2ND ADDITION

2. Request of Pastor S. Koesterman for a Conditional Use Permit for a Housing Shelter in CC: Community Commercial at:

1015 30th Ave S – Parcel 58.060.0075 - PT LOT 1, BLK 2 BELSLY 1ST ADD BEG 113.40' W OF NE1/4 COR LOT 1; W150.60', S235', E149.58' AND N235' TO POB (abbreviated description – full description available upon request)

The meeting will be live-streamed to the City’s Homepage www.cityofmoorhead.com, on the City’s Youtube Channel www.youtube.com/moorhead and on air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Midco Channel 12 or Sparklight Channel 58.

At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
