Industrial Properties
Moorhead is home to two industrial parks. The original park is located at the intersection of I-94 and Main Avenue SE. This park is home to one of Moorhead’s largest industrial users, Busch Ag Resources (malting plant for Budweiser). MCCARA Industrial Park is located just off I-94 at 34th Avenue South and boasts users such as Pactiv (manufacturing of recycled molded paper products such as egg cartons) and RDO Equipment (one of the region’s largest John Deere dealerships).
