The City Clerk’s Office is responsible for:

  • Recording City Council proceedings
  • Keeping public records
  • Maintaining the official copy of the City Code and City Charter
  • Administration of local elections
  • Processing numerous business licenses­
  • Performing other duties under the direction of the City Manager or as required by the City Charter, City Council, ordinance or law
