Public Hearing Notices

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items: 

1. 1. Request of B. Carlson, Design Resources Group, for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed 45-foot height limit in the MU-3: Commercial Mixed Use Zoning District at:  

      2501 11^th St S – 58.328.0020 - Lot 2, Block 1, Holiday Center 3rd Addition   

   2. Request of EPIC Holdings II, LLC for the following considerations relating to 1 4^th St S – 58.999.0018, that part of Lots 1-11, Block 4, and the adjoining BNSF Railway Company Right-of-Way, all in the Original Townsite, City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota (abbreviated description – full description available upon request): 
   1. Conditional use permit to allow excavation/fill in the Floodway (FW)
   2. Conditional use permit to allow development in the 100-year Flood Fringe (FF)

At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items. If you cannot attend the hearing in person, see the following to make a public comment:
