Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:  

  1. Request of Compass Apartments, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed 45-foot height limit in MU-3: Commercial Mixed Use at:

600 30th Ave S — Parcel 58.102.1830 — E 125.6’ of Lots 3 & 4, All of Lots 5—7; Lot 8 excepting S 70.60’; W 135.86’ of Lots 21—23; Lot 24 Less Pt, All of Lot 25, Block 8, Brookdale South Addition

  1. Request of Four Walls Storage, LLC for a rezone from INS: Institutional to CC: Community Commercial at:

1304 15th Ave N—Parcel 58.900.1934 — Beg at SE Corner of Section; W 297.42’; N 330’; E 297.42’ & S 330’ to Beg Section 32, Township 140, Range 48 (abbreviated description—full description available upon request) 

  1. Request of MIG Properties CIP8/A1-12, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for adult and child daycare facilities in the former Thomas Edison School building at:

1110 14th St S - Parcel 58.900.0880 - A tract of land 340’ N & S by 755’ E & W in SW1/4SW1/4 Section 9, Township 139, Range 48 Auditors Outlots to Moorhead (abbreviated description – full description available upon request)

At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
