Spring flood update, April 24: 1 Ave N re-opened to traffic

1 Ave N from 3 St to 7 St and west of the Hjemkomst Center has re-opened to traffic. The 1 Ave N bridge is also open.
Further information about street re-openings will be communicated as flood waters recede.
