Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 202 1st Ave N, on Monday, August 5, 2024 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:
1. Request of Barrier Homes, Inc. for vacation of a 50-foot prescriptive Right-of-Way easement for former County Road 7 mentioned in Document 704169 that runs along the 65 ft of unbuilt 40th St S Right-of-Way in Village Green South Addition, Moorhead, Minnesota (abbreviated descriptions – full descriptions available upon request).
2. Request of Barrier Homes, Inc. for Zoning Map Amendment from TZ: Transitional to MU-2: Neighborhood Mixed Use for:
4020 35th Ave S – 58.900.2310 - A triangular tract containing 3.82 acres in NW corner of SW ¼ Section W of Hwy 52/Main Ave SE/County Road 7 in Section 23 Township 139 Range 048 (abbreviated description – full descriptions available upon request).
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
