Celebrate Sheri Larson Day and Help Us Honor a Moorhead Community Champion
Dear Moorhead Community,
We are excited to share a special moment of recognition for someone who has made a lasting impact on our city as they retire this week.
April 25, 2025, has officially been proclaimed Sheri Larson Day in the City of Moorhead by Mayor Carlson!
Since 2018, Sheri has served as the Executive Director of the Moorhead Business Association (MBA), leading with dedication, passion, and a deep commitment to the success of our local businesses and the greater community. Through her work fostering connections, advocating for Moorhead, and championing local events, Sheri has helped our business community grow and thrive, even during the challenges of a global pandemic and economic uncertainty.
Thanks to Sheri’s leadership, Moorhead has seen continued growth in population, strong employment, and a vibrant economy. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sheri and her husband Dale have called Moorhead home for over 45 years, building meaningful relationships and making neighbors feel welcomed and valued every step of the way.
Sheri’s retirement marks the end of an incredible chapter, but her legacy will continue to inspire us all.
