Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 5:30 pm to consider the following item:
Request of FM Rotary Foundation for a Conditional Use Permit to allow excavation/fill in the Floodway (FW) at:
701 1st Ave N – 58.999.0010 - All of Block 1, Holes' Addition to the City of Moorhead, Clay County Minnesota; Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Holes' Addition to the City of Moorhead, Clay County Minnesota; Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, Block 7, Holes' Addition to the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota. That part of vacated 2nd Avenue North, vacated 3rd Avenue North, vacated 4th Street North, and vacated 5th Street North, in the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota, lying North and East of Railroad Right-of-Way and lying Northerly of 1st Avenue North. At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
