Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:
- Request of PROffutt Limited Partnership for the following considerations relating to 2500 34thSt S - Parcel 58.900.1062 – Section 15 Township 139 Range 048 PT OF S1/2 E OF HWY LESS 128.33 AC & CAR WASH ADDN (abbreviated description – full description available upon request):
- Preliminary/Final Plat – Horizon Shores Daycare Addition
- Preliminary/Final Plat – Horizon Shores Strip Center Addition
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
