Moorhead Police Athletics and Activities League Now Accepting Bike Donations

With cleanup week around the corner, now is a good time to donate that gently used bicycle to the Moorhead Police Athletics and Activities League. This summer our School Resource Officers will be distributing donated bikes, both new and used, to area kids who do not have one. This helps promote a healthy physical activity while also building trust and positive connections between law enforcement and youth. Moorhead PAL is a non-profit operated in conjunction with the Moorhead Police Department to foster positive relationships with the community and lower the juvenile crime rate. More information can be found at www.moorheadpal.org. Those interested in donating a bike can email louis.ochoa@moorheadmn.gov to arrange pickup.
