The City Council will consider a second reading of Ordinance 2024-03: An Ordinance to Amend and Reenact Title 10, Chapter 15, Mixed Use Districts, Title 10, Chapter 2, Definitions, Title 10, Chapter 18, Use Regulations, Title 10, Chapter 19, Site Development Standards, repeals Title 10, Chapter 13, Neighborhood Commercial of the Moorhead City Code and to Amend and Reenact the Official Zoning Map of the City of Moorhead on July 22, 2024.
This ordinance updates zoning text related to Mixed Use districts, repeals the Neighborhood Commercial district and rezones Neighborhood Commercial properties to Community Commercial or Mixed Use.
