The Fargo Police Department has issued an alert for Richard Folden, 67, of Moorhead, who is missing. Folden is a Level 3 Predatory Offender in the State of Minnesota and resides in the 500 block of 7 Street South in Moorhead. Based on his unknown location, a warrant has been issued. There is no known threat to the public; however, this notification is being distributed based on his offense level.

Folden was last seen in Fargo on Sunday, July 28, at approximately 9:15 p.m. in the 2700 Block of 32 Avenue South. He is described as 5'7, 210 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last wearing a hospital gown, purple pants, and red/pink shoes.
