Moorhead Police Respond to Shots Fired Call

On Friday, August 2, 2024, at approximately 4:00 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Belsly Boulevard for a report of shots fired called in by a bystander. An officer in the area also heard the shots. Upon arrival, officers could not locate any suspects, victims, or damage; however, four 9mm casings were located in the 1400 block of Belsly Boulevard.

Anyone with information regarding this incident should call the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701.451.7660 and ask to speak to a Moorhead Police Department Supervisor.
