The male recovered from the Red River on March 26, 2025 has been positively identified as Robert Shane Cartwright.
The manner of death is still under investigation with assistance from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office. Preliminary autopsy information does not indicate any suspicious circumstances.
