Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Moorhead, Minnesota will meet at 5:45 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, to consider the application of RFI2, LLC, 505 N Broadway, Suite 201, Fargo, ND, for tax incentives which the applicant will use in the construction of a multi-family apartment building located at 1319-1329 Main Ave and 107-109 14th St S, Moorhead, Minnesota, and is legally described as follows:
Lots One (1) through Ten (10), Block Five (5), Subdivision Whites First Addition, City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota.
City Council meetings will be live-streamed to the
City’s homepage, on
YouTube, and will air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Midco Channel 12 or Sparklight Channel 58.
The City of Moorhead welcomes and encourages public participation. To participate and/or make a public comment in person, you must fill out a request to speak form. You will be given three minutes to speak.
