Traffic Alert: Eng. No: 25-A2-02
The next phase of the City roadway project in this area is expected to commence work at 7am on Wednesday, June 25. This phase of work will be on 13 St S, from 12 Ave S to 20 Ave S. This phase is anticipated to last for 3-4 weeks, weather permitting.
Properties that are located on 13 St S between 12 Ave S and 20 Ave S will lose direct access to driveways during this construction phase. We ask that all affected addresses please utilize adjacent street parking locations outside of the designated construction area. We also ask that residents do not park directly adjacent to construction areas or in front of the closures and construction signage.
Please have your vehicles removed from your garages and driveways before the start of work at 7am on Wednesday, June 25.
Garbage collection and mail delivery will continue as normally scheduled during this portion of the work.
**Just as a reminder, individuals with disabilities or special access considerations should contact staff as soon as possible when access issues are known. The City will work with residents to meet their access needs during construction.**
