Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 201 1st Ave N, on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:
1. Request of Prairie Parkway LLC for Vacation of two 5-foot easements:
- Along the east boundary of Lot 17, Block 2, Prairie Parkway Addition, excluding the northerly and southerly 10 feet thereof - 2616 37TH AVE S – Parcel 58.623.0220
- Along the west boundary of Lot 16, Block 2, Prairie Parkway Addition, excluding the northerly and southerly 10 feet thereof - 2622 37TH AVE S – Parcel 58.623.0210
2. Request of City of Moorhead for Text Amendments to Moorhead City Code, Title 10, Chapter 12, Residential Districts, related Definitions in Title 10, Chapter 2 and related Map Amendments.
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
