Oak Grove, South Riverside Addition rehabilitation project Phase 2 to begin June 21
Phase 2 construction on the Oak Grove, Riverside Addition rehabilitation project is planned to begin June 21. This phase of work is anticipated to last for 4-5 weeks, weather permitting.
Residents in Phase 2 will lose direct access to their driveways during this phase. Property owners should use adjacent street parking locations outside of the designated construction area. During this time, we ask that homeowners outside of Phase 2 minimize street parking during construction hours, which will be from 7 am-7 pm.
Garbage collection will continue during this phase of construction.
In addition to the City project, Xcel Energy will continue to perform gas main replacement project on 1 St S between 7 Ave S and 12 Ave S. This private utility work is independent of the City’s project. Resident questions on this project should be directed to Tom Berseth at Xcel at 701.640.1406.
