11 St S Phase 2 street improvements to begin Friday, June 23
Phase 2 street improvement construction on 11 St S from 4 Ave S to 6 Ave S will begin at 7 am on Friday, June 23, depending on weather and other factors. This phase is anticipated to last 6-8 weeks.
Properties in Phase 2 will lose direct access to driveways during this construction phase. Homeowners are to park on adjacent streets outside of the designated construction area. During this time, nearby homes not in the Phase 2 construction area should minimize vehicle parking on adjacent streets from 7 am to 7 pm.
Garbage/recycling collection will be switched from Tuesday to Wednesday during construction. Please place your garbage as normal in front of your property on Wednesday. Mail delivery will continue as normally scheduled.
Please reach out with any special accommodation requests. Motorists should expect delays in the area and seek alternate routes, if possible. Additional notification will be sent about all future construction phases.
