The proposed project area includes the streets of 4th Ave N and 30th St N. These streets are included in the City’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan and are scheduled for construction of improvements in 2024. 4th Ave N is proposed to have a mill & overlay and 30th St N is proposed to have a rehab.
