Halloween Events

Each October, Moorhead Parks and Recreation hosts Halloween events that bring joy and support to our community. Pumpkin Party Pick-Up provides free fall fun and supplies for families with limited resources, while Trunk or Treat offers a safe and festive trick-or-treating experience for kids of all ages.
