Moorhead Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of programming, special events, facilities, and park land. The City of Moorhead provides over 45 different community, neighborhood, and regional parks, miles of trails and sidewalks for walking, biking, cross country skiing, and more, plus facilities for athletics, education, arts, and other recreational activities. Moorhead Community Fund
Moorhead is a true "hometown" community that continues to grow and improve. With help from the FM Area Foundation, the City of Moorhead is seeking to fund a variety of amenities, activities, and artistic and cultural experiences for our residents and visitors.
