On September 11, 2017, the City Council held a final assessment hearing to pass upon proposed assessments as a result of permanent infrastructure improvements which were made and/or are in the process of being completed. Hearing notices were mailed to affected property owners on August 24, 2017. The City Council adopted and passed all assessments at that hearing. This notice now acts as your final bill. If you would like to pay the assessment, or a portion of the assessment without interest, payments can be submitted to the Finance Department on 3rd floor of City Hall up until 4:30 on November 15, 2017. After this time any unpaid balance will be certified to the County and added to your property tax statement, with interest, for payments to start in 2018.
