1. Request of Next Age Ventures, LLC for a Vacation of Right of Way and Easements within Riverside Acres 2nd Subdivision described as follows:
4 ½ St NW Description (to be vacated)
All of the 4 ½ Street NW cul de sac lying between the North right-of-way line of 54th Avenue NW and Wall Street Avenue NW
10' Utility Easement Description (to be vacated)
That part of the 10 foot utility easements as shown on document number 629295 described as follows:
All of the 10 foot utility easement adjoining 4 ½ St NW in Lots 3 thru 12 of Block 1, Riverside Acres 2nd Subdivision to the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota.
The meeting will be live-streamed to the City’s Homepage, on the City’s Youtube Channel and on air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Midco Channel 12 or Sparklight Channel 58.
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
