The City Council will consider a second reading of Ordinance 2024-01: An Ordinance to Amend and Reenact Title 10, Chapter 12, Residential Districts, Title 10, Chapter 2, Definitions, Title 10, Chapter 18, Use Regulations and to Amend and Reenact the Official Zoning Map of the City of Moorhead on April 8, 2024.
This ordinance updates residential zoning districts, residential use table, residential definitions and rezones all residential properties to the new residential zoning districts.
